Preston Park flat extension

The owners of this 2 bedroom flat in Preston Park wanted to build out over a flat roof to add an ensuite shower room to one of their bedrooms.

We were able to add a shower room and we even reused their old original window to the  newly enlarged bedroom so as not to disrupt the period style.

The flat is now rented out as a holiday let (which explains the nice photos!).
