Once a free, no obligation site survey has been completed, we will send you a quotation with a clear breakdown of the costs associated with your loft conversion.
The majority of payments become due at significant milestones in your project, ensuring that you don’t have to make too large a payment upfront.

Once your loft conversion is complete and you are happy, we ensure that you are passed all relevant certification including building control completion certificates and details of our guarantee.
We are confident in the standard and quality of our work. Our loft conversion warranty lasts for 4 years and covers all the work we carry out. You will be handed your completed Warranty documentation upon completion of your loft conversion.
